need opinions/answers on nitrous install

to start off i was wanting to get some opinions on whether or not to drill and tap the throttle body elbow for my nozzle??? in your opinion is it thick enough??? has anyone done this with/without a problem??

and for my question i have a fuel lab afpr on my car and it has and extra port on the side can i use this for my fuel feed???

The stock elbow is from my experience too thin. I drilled and tapped mine for a meth setup and it pulled out... If you are going to put the nozzel there, get the aluminum nozzel bung from NOS and have it welded to the elbow for some extra meat. You dont want the nozzel pulling out. ( Check your nitrous instructions though, they might want the fogger set further away from the throttlebody. )

i might go that route then but i dont know anyone around here who can weld aluminum..., my other option was to buy one of these adapters and put it in my intercooler pipe?? i used one on a old honda i had back in the day it worked out good but since my car is turbo'd i guess some jb weld would be of use to make sure i dont end up with a boost leak

ah i think there are alot more options other then jb weld. I actually have my old elbow that i dont use anymore its drilled tapped and welded if i can find it ill pm you. Its not like im ever going to use it anymore.
