Okay...Now the ticking I hear, is not the normal lifter ticking. I dont think atleast...

When I start up my car, and its cold, theres this light ticking sound. Its fast, but doesent speed up or slow down. When I rev up, the sound i always thought was the lifters would speed up...

but this one just keeps ticking same speed, its a light ticking sound(not light as in flash light). Im not to sure what it is, its been doin it for the past couple weeks.

It sounds like lifter tick. That are the symptoms at least. I would try adding a little bit of ATF to your oil and see if that makes it quieter or goes away. Lifter tick usually varies with RPM but you can't really hear it until you get up into the rpm's. If it was something else, something bad it would vary with the rpm's and would be very noticable. I would try adding some ATF or even using MCCC or SeaFoam to see if that free's up the lifters.
