Need help with a location

Hi i am in the middle of a rebuild that is has taken way longer than i would have liked. I didnt take any pics before i started taken stuff apart(lesson learned). This is my first rebuild of i dont have the general knowledge of having done if before. My question has to do with the front of the motor behind the exhaust there is a how that looks like it should be to a coolant line of some sort. I have a banjo bolt with a line that looks as tho it should go there and the bolt threads up without the line but hits the coolant line coming from the water pump to the thermosat housing i am completely lost here have tried everything and postion i can think of if anyone can help or provide a picture to help me i would appicaite it.... I am trying to put a pic up of what im talking about....... Thanks.

its the coolent feed line for the turbo, it sits funny (has a tab that sits inside the nearest freeze plug).

and your water pipe (from water pump to Tstat housing) should be level, in your picture its a bit low and uneven? . Once you have that bolted up and in place you shouldn't have any issues.

YEA I FIGURED IT OUT RIGHT AFTER I POSTED JUST COULDNT IMAGINE THAT IT WOULD SIT IN THE FREEZE PLUG LIKE THAT BUT LOW AND BEHOLD IT DOES........ THE COOLANT LINE IT LOW ### MY WATER PUMP ISNT HOOKED UP AT THE MOMENT THANKS I APPRICIATE IT

isn't it funny how you can't figure it out. then once you take a 2 minute break and post something... your brain has enough time to rest... and you figure it out like derr... i have done that enough times i can't count on both hands...

hey no problem. thats what we are here for, and yes it does happen, i've done it a few times, got mad, came in posted, got a drink and bam it hits ya. Good luck on the rebuild

Yea ive had a few times now where its been so long since i tore it apart that i put things on and like oops need to do this first.:d
