Need Help with a engine

Thinking of buying a 2g dsm with a blown motor for 1000 and buying another 4g63 long block for 1000
but the owner of engine doesnt know anything about the engine he said fluid has never been ran though its all rebuilt comes with an aftermarket intake and turbo mani with the turbo should there be anything i should be cnocerned about?

If the owner doesn't know anything about it or have any receipts then how are you going to know what your buying? Unless he is going to let you take it apart to check it out or take it to a machine shop than you shouldn't pay $1000 for it.

i think its a shop or the person who owns it is selling it out of the shop, im not looking for something that is amazing just something stock to swap back into a 95 gst

Then I would pass on this , that's all ebay stuff , turbo , intake and exhaust manifolds , obx oil pan, crank pulley.
