I have just done a 6 bolt swap in my 2g gsx. Ross pisons, eagle rods, fully ported 1g head with 264/272 hks cams, 650 cc inj., 1g extrude intake manifold, 4' intake pipe with mas, tdo6-h 20g turbo ported. Basically im getting really frustrated as to why at 20 lbs im still only getting 330 whp when all the shops i talk to tell me i should be getting about 360 whp. Plus the other major problem i have is that when it comes down to idle, it never seems to catch idle and almost always stalls out. Im tuning using a afc-2. If anyone has any ideas on what my problems could be, i would appreciate the help so much! Thanks!!

You speant the money on the cams, head, short block, fuel, turbo, and even the intake manifold but cheaped out on the fuel managment??? Get something worth while, either add an EPROM chip or get rid of the piggy back all together and go DSMLink or more.

Some things to check; compression, timing marks, base timing, and make sure you're not running too hot (213*+).

Do you have a log of your higher HP dyno runs? Or the dyno sheets/wb02 print outs?

Also is this on pump gas? 330 sounds about right for a pump gas 20psi run on a 20G.
