need help tuning knock no matter what

ok well i recently just got my knock sensor replaced because it was bad and so i went to go tune my car now and my pocket logger is reading this:

now my fuel settings were at +( 3, 5, 10, 14, 14, 14, 14, 14)
and i changed it all to +15 and still read 9 counts of knock

Log your narrowband O2 as well. Almost totally worthless for tuning, but it can tell you if you're running ridiculously rich.
I notice that your modlist includes a Walbro 255 and 510cc injectors. You NEED an AFPR, or you'll run stupidly rich, especially with a rewired pump.

Also, IIRC you need to set the AFC negative to compensate for the larger injectors, not positive. 510s are 11% larger than the stock 450s, so it needs to be leaned out by at least 11% to get back close to stock trim. Unless you've already done that with any global fuel adjustment setting available on your device.
Could be that you're washing the walls with gas, and picking up knock that way. Remember, running stupidly rich ALSO raises exhaust gas temperature.

I'm just trying to figure out how you get such a consistant nine-count. Have you replaced your spark plugs recently (NGK/Denso BPR6ES gapped at .028") or checked the impedance of your plug wires? Checked your coilpack for resistances? Listened to each injector to make sure they're all clicking along? Made sure that the injectors you have are low-impedance type?
