Need help troubleshooting GVR-4 issues

Just curious how many people are still active here in this forum? I’m in Denver and trying to learn about these cars and their engines more as I recently picked up a 91 galant vr4 and am trying to troubleshoot some headaches. I want to pick someone’s brain and maybe see what I should do next before my wife makes me sell my baby.
She told me if it’s not running by June I’m SOL

On the video is hard to see exactly what wire are.

Strip the wires from the end of the bloom and take some pics of the wires that are disconnected, make sure the colors are visible or even let us know what colors are they, if they are attached to a connector, take a pic of the connector to see it, make sure to get a good view of how many wires the connector has and shape of the connector.

If there is a sensor without a connectors make sure when taking the pic, the surrounding of the connector is visible so we know where the connector is attached to.

Just post as many pics as you can to help better.

The 2 pair red and yellow wire I’m assuming they had a gauge at one point and cut the connector for the o2 sensor. the end of the wires are spliced straight into the wire loom.
after doing a little research I think I will need to replace the o2 sensor and then with my new harness locate the connector for it, But I could be wrong.
I know they had a turbo timer in this car and I removed that at the advice of a DSM god in the galantvr4 site haha but he told me the electrical in this will take some serious time as it is pathetic looking
But I will definitely take more pics of everything for sure. And try to figure out what I can using the manual AllenL posted.
