need help, strange squeel/screach under boost

so im having this problem when i go wot in 2nd gear or 3rd gear the car screeches and squeals but if i don't go wot no problems. i thought it was the clutch so i replaced the clutch (car still had stock one and i was running 17 psi on a Super 16g figured the clutch was at its limit )and got a Fidanza Flywheel at the same time. i have checked all my inter cooler pipes,clamps etc.. car behaves normal except for the horrible screech. today the car threw its self out of gear at 17 psi as soon as boost started building so im going to suspect it is the clutch ,yet it is a brand new clutch, not even 300 miles on it yet. the clutch manufacture says the clutch has a 500 mile break in time. should i take the car back to the mechanics that did the work or wait it out until its "Broke in". so what exactly should i do im lost. my brother says it could be a belt but i don't see a belt only squealing under boost and tossing the car out of gear. the clutch is a XTD Stage 4 6 puck supposedly rated for 545 hp/505 ft lbs and i am no where near that

Could be a bad bearing in your transmission...when you drain the fluid, what does it look like?

+1 above. Also make sure that the clutch is adjusted properly and is fully engaging and disengaging.

If it kicked itself out of gear sounds like a Transmission issue. I concur with Joe.
