Im trying to finish up my cyclone swap on my 90 gsx, and I ran into a problem. I searched this already and this is my first swap so im sorry if this seems like a stupid question. My egr is blocked of and my ac is removed, which vac lines from the throttle body need to be hooked up and where? Also do the 2 vac lines from the pipe near the radiator cap need to be hooked up. Also if im not running an egr or ac can I just remove my charcoal canister. If not then what do I have to do to remove it safely? Thanks alot.

The only VAC lines i have on my car now are as follows:
Line from manifold to BOV,
Line from manifold to FPS, and from FPS to FPR
Boost source from comp outlet elbow to MBC, from MBC to WG actuator.

Then 2 stock lines from IM to the break booster, and from the PCV to IM.

EGR is gone, EVAP (charcoal canister) is gone, EVAP solenoid gone (but still wired in).
No lines run to thermo housing because the nipples are both broken.

I run this with no issues at all, but i also don't have Emissions testing.

Just make sure your MBC isn't T-eed into the BOV return line. Run it from the comp housing or comp outlet elbow.

I'm not positive what it does, but it know it doesn't hurt not having it there.

I did read something a while ago however about it possibly being there as an extra connection so that the egr doesn't open as soon or something dealing with the egr. Since i don't have egr anymore, i'm not reall going to worry about it.

OK thanks alot guys, but just one more question. How do I safely get rid of the charcoal cannister. There is 1 line that does something wit the fuel I believe. Can I just plug this up and then remove the whole thing? Let me know, thanks alot.
