Hi.
There is this 90 Talon TSI AWD and it costs 3300 5speed. It has 103K miles on it and the dealer said it is in good condition. So here is my question since i will go there to see it today....Is is a good deal if it is actualy in good condition? How many miles can a average talon handel without big mods or zero mods...what to look for? The reason why i ask is because i got screwed few times already and people lie about the condition of the cars so i just want to know what to look for. And one more question....do 1gen really brake that much? Need the reply asap.

Thanks Mike

u could prolly find one for a better price, but if it is in "good condition" then go for it.

As for the problems.. eh.. it is almost 15 years old, prolly stock its gonna have issues. :talon:

I got my 90 laser turbo for 3400. had 70k on it when i bought it. it started out at 2500, then the guy decides to get 5% tint all the way around and spend 500 on a shit muffler and 1/2 a cat back that leaks and sounds like crap before he sold it to me so he could charge more. he did get the timing belt changed and gave me a radar detector w/ it though. I wouldnt have paid that much but it is pristine, the only flaws on it is the carpet has a hole in it below the gas pedal, which is normal, and the hatch doesnt like to stay up when you have your head under it. the interior looks smoother than a brand new neon my aunt just bought last year. and nothign at all was modified on the car so there was no mistakes made by the previous owner i had to fix. And i fell in love with it as soon as i bought it :D

Hello Everyone.
The car had been sold after 4 days being for sale so its gone. There is this one in Maryland but i dont know whats the deal with it yet. I really dont have that much money (5500) for it but maybe i'll work something out.

and no there were no VR-4 made in 95. I just wanted to be special so i wrote vr-4. Sorry for misleading information.
