I have a 1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS. I love the car, it ran fantastic and I have replaced the head gasket timing belts and pulleys, tires, cam and crankshaft position sensors, etc.

I have replaced the ignition switch and reprogrammed the ECU but still no spark and fuel. It has amazing compression but no fuel. I have replaced the ASD relay and the other relay, still no difference, not getting power to the cam and crankshaft position sensor.

Could this be a faulty ETACS system? I have no door chime, dome lights and etc? Does that affect the ECU in a no start condition? The car cranks but no start due to no power to the sensors.

ETACS controls door chime, dome lights, etc but not CPS or CAS. The PCM (aka ECU) controls CPS and CAS by supplying +8v on PCM pin 4 to each and ground on PCM pin 11 to each. You might also want to verify PCM pin 51 (battery backup) has constant +12v on it.

i used a power probe. pin 51 black with a green stripe is grounded and, pin 4 green with a black stripe is grounded, pin 11 black with a red stripe has power

Well I don't know what to tell you - I must be missing something. Although if you're counting pins from the wrong end you'll get those colors. Could that be it?

Check out the 95 pinout link below.

Other than that, is your PCM from a 1995 2.0L NT?

Note that other 2g 2.0L NT years have a different pinout than the 95 (and the 1995 NT only has 60 pins). And your wire colors are different than what I show too. For the 95 NT I'm looking at 1995 wiring diagrams from Mitchell's Chrysler/Mitsu (p. 3-41,42) available for free at some county libraries. Perhaps Steve or someone else can help you also. Try PMing Steve if you can't figure this out.

I will try and get all the info I can, I have discovered the beauty of multi meters in my Yamaha training. I'm excited to learn how this one operates.
