need help oil return

i dont know if i did this right but i tryd to put a pic so you guys can see what im talking about ....but i have an oil return kit for my 14b turbo that connects from my turbo to the oil pan but what im confused about is witch fitting gets welded into the pan..and how dose every thing else connect thanks guys

Picture doesn't work. What oil return are you using? Is it the stock return line or an aftermarket line? If you are using a weld in bung, make a mock up of the line connected to the turbo. The oil pan is also steel if that helps.
