I took the car to the mechanic to get my turbo installed.he calls me later and says that he can't hook up the turbo cause the fuel line to the turbo that connects to the side mount intercooler won't connect.I ordered the turbo online and it says it bolts right up.so now what part do I need?from what I understood the fuel line is ment for a front mount intercooler.what should I do ???

Yea I got the install kit.and it is a 2g...so what j pipe do I need ???why is the one I got no good ??

And he said fuel something won't connect to my side intercooler

I got the one that came with the turbo .the black jpipe and another small black thing.not sure what it is .is that the wrong kit??

If your gonna spend the money to get an EBAY turbo/kit....spend the extra to get the actual e316g, you shall find out the hard way
and also as far as your mechanic, get your car back and do not let him mess with it, hes an idiot. Your still on the side mount route you say..?

I got to talk to him and see what's not right.I jest want to kno what part I'm missing to hook it up

The j-pipe you have is meant to connect to a FMIC not your stock sidemount.

you're going to either need to get a different J-pipe that will discharge towards the passenger side like the COP-E from DEJON or you will need to get creative with a 90* coupler and some spare pipe.

If your turbo came with this type of piping, then it should hook directly to your intercooler. The only thing you'll need are two couplers- you can either buy two pieces of new straight hose from a parts store the proper size, or hack your existing lower intercooler hose and make couplers out of it.
