Ready to put engine back in car but need to put the auto tranny on it first, whats the easiest way to do this i cant get the engine and the tranny to line up correctly for the life of me even with someones help.

Yea them auto tranny's are heavy as a mofo, best bet is to drop the engine in the car and mount it all up, then get the tranny on a jack with the cars front end on jack stands and level that sucker up and push it in. Easy as Pie

put the tranny on a table so its close to the edge. Then lift the engine with a hoist and level it with the tranny then time to line up everything of course with some persuasion. Try and line up everything so that you wont have a big problem bolting the torque converter to the flexplate. Then drop the engine/tranny in the car. Bolting the tranny to the engine will be so much easier out of the car then putting the engine in and then bolting the tranny in from underneath.
