I have a BW S258 with the .70A/R hot-side. It has the 4bolt flange. I'm using the punishment racing budget series manifold. I'm also using the VRS 3in turbo back exhaust. I want to know what everyone else has done to make the housing. I will be dumping the external waste-gate to the atmosphere. I may someday route it into the main exhaust system. I'm just stuck on what bend I should be going for? If I have the correct bend in degrees I'm confident I can make the housing.
So what has everyone else done and where should I start? The manifold and VRS exhaust is designed to keep the O2 housing in the stock location. The VRS doe have the necking down pipe for the stock O2 housing, but I can cut that section out.
Thanks
Derek
PS Explorer now has a nice spell check feature and it seems to work well.
Also once I get it done I plan to write a review on it and the turbo. Can't wait to see the S258 perform with link.
Pics soon to come
