Need help identifying some parts

I have been out of it for along time, I need to know what the name's of these part's I have are, and what they are worth, if that, not against the rules. Thanks

The bottom one looks like a custom built o2 housing eliminator downpipe with an o2 and wideband bung. My guess for top one is to use on a v band down firing compressor housing for intercooler piping.
