Need Some Help With Some Parts

What intake manifold gasket will work for around 400hp? Also I need to know what and where I can get some good exhaust manifold nuts/lock washers from? I've checked extreme psi, but didn't find them.

Don't need the studs, just some nuts and washers. Shipping wouldn't be worth it. Any other options?

Ace hardware? for the nuts and washers.
As for the gasket, go to parts store and order one. Dont over think it.
