The bottom pic is a cruise control module, according to MitsubishiOEMparts.com. If you have the Mitsu. part number (MB..., MD...)you can look it up on MitsubishiOEMparts.com.

the 1st one looks like the mpi relay from a 1g. sits under the radio in the center console
