Resolved Need help identifying Blue wire with White line

I need help identifying a Blue wire with a White line coming from the same group of wires where few lead to the alternator. I found the end of the wire dragging on the floor.
I spent a good 30 minutes trying to look it up to no avail so I'd appreciate the help
