Hey all,

I searched but not for long, I need a answer or advice fast!!

Yesterday when working on my 95 fwd drag gsT I was finishing up on my fuel cell and related items install. I was cutting out my old hard lines and my dumb axx accidentally cut one of the brake lines in half and the other one I cut only a little bit. They are both un repairable and I need to know if I can run all 4an lines??

Can I run 4 an lines from the front connector thing all the way back to the rear brakes? Or do I have to get new hard lines?

Can I run 4an or is it too big?

What adapter connectors size/thread would I need for the front connector (can't think of the name right now sorry).

Would the regular ss line work that we usually use for fuel or would it not hold the pressure?

Please anyone let me know that has done this before. I don't want to be a guinea pig unless I absolutely have to. This is the only thing holding me back from finally finishing the car after long 8 months of work.

Thanks in advance and god bless you all.

Ok cool. I'll be going over to harbor freight hopefully today to pick up that tool along with a bender. I was in a hurry to get my drag car running for this season, but in keep running into little stuff like this and it wouldn't even start yesterday. ON the other hand I just picked up a 1990 laser fwd with 086457 on it and it came with the original warranty papers and everything from the dealer in 89. I just got it to pass smog today with the lumpy web 546/547 cams in it, so I'll be working on that car I think for a while and continue on the 95 gsT on a slower and much calmer rate.

Anyhow, thanks for the link, I'm sure I can get it done with that.

Thanks, I can't say that I like the cams only because I haven't gotten to actually run them like they are suppose to be run. Like the car is bone stock and it kind of feels like it is actually weeker. In the higher rpm 5-7k the car struggles to keep pulling. I think the springs are shot and I may be experiencing valve float of some kind. I will post another thread on the topic, don't want to veer this thread in a different direction.
