Need help diagnosing a startup problem.

So, I had my engine lock up on me this past winter and left it alone. I recently started cleaning the car out decided to try cranking it over due to curiosity and instead of the engine not rolling over, it did this. I am not sure if it just has no compression, and IF that is the case, what would make it loose compression? Rings? please help me out if possible. Thank you guys!

Check fuel/spark. Do you have any starting fluid? If it starts then dies its fuel related, if not, it's spark related.

it does not start. it sound like the flywheel is spinning a lot faster then normal.. which makes me think that is had no compression. The flywheel doesnt have to work as hard to turn the crank. I will check that link out also. Thank you. I will take any help i can get.

Definitely sounds like a no compression issue. It's turn way to fast, but check for spark and fuel first to rule that out as possible causes.

Would this be everything I need if I was to do a rebuild? I have the 6 bolt engine. I know I may have to get it bored, but other then machine work... Would this kit be a good buy and will this one fit? says just the 90-91 engine......

Anyone know if that kit will fit my 6bolt? not sure if there is a difference in the 6 bolt and 7 bolt rebuilt kit.
