need help deciding a turbo!!

My current goal is to run low 13's to high 12's my springtime. I currently have hks cams, unorthodox pulley, buschur fmic, buschur full 3" exhaust w/ testpipe, 2g mas, injen intake, 255 walbaro fuel pump, 550cc injectors, ported 02 housing and 2g manifold, blitz bov, 8mm magnecore wires, mbc, and apexi safc1. I'm wondering what turbo I should run and what other mods I should have. I currently have my eyes on a Garrett T04B V-Trim, Garrett T04E Super 50 Trim, and a 20g turbo. I only have about 1500 left to spend on it and was wondering what would be the best way to go. What would be better, internal wastegate or external? Oh yea, I have a 91 FWD TSi.

My goal for this year will be to hit 12-12.5 by the end of summer on FWD. All in all, I plan on having a new turbo, manifold, 02 housing, pistons, downpipe, hks vpc, datalogger, 650cc or 750 cc injectors. Can't really think of anything else. Anyone got any suggestion? As of right now, I'm just concentrating on the turbo-exhaust part.
