Need Help ASAP Just installed a Big 16G

I just installed a Big 16g turbo everything is hooked up Mas senor and all. I changed the oil as well as the radiator fluid. The turbo is on but the car idols aweful I let it run for about 2 mins the idol is a sort of chug chuga chuga like the engine was skiping and then I dove it around for a few mins runs fine even better than it has. But when I come to a stop it is that same chuga chug chuga I was only pushing 6 Psi havent touched the boost controler yet. Do I need to adjust the idoler screw to compensate for the new turbo ? (I only plan to run Low PSI nothing above 10 PSI till I get a FMIC)

Did you have the battery disconnected while doing the turbo install? If so, that's probably why the idle is bad right now-- the ECU hasn't "relearned" the idle and fuel trims since it was reset. On mine, it takes a day or so to get everything back to normal.

make sur eyou have the Plug back in the MAF i forgot mine the 1st time and did the same damn thing hehe

My MAF senor is pluged in all senors are hooked up I reset the ECU it helped a little with the idol but I think I am going to have to do the base idol speed adjuster tip I saw on VFAQ.com hope it works.

Also another thing that is bugging me is My Stock BoV when ever I spool up and I am about to change gears I hear a Pft pft pft pft like it is trying expel in the the atmostsphere but only is doing to it in small bursts. Do I need to crush my BoV or is running like it is ok?

YOu have a vacuum leak and I am guessing it has to do with youR BOV lines. Make sure all the lines are connected and tight. You would be suprissed at how a little leak will affect a car. The new noise from your BOV is because it is not working and you are getting compressor surge. I did the same thing when I put my Profec in.

Thanks Michael I looked again and saw that I forget to hookup the small hose comming from the head going to the BOV hooked it back up.
