Need Help Asap! Car Boggs After Few Minutes Of Running?

Here is my problem. I have a 95 eagle talon ESI non turbo. with cold air intake, aftermarket exhaust and racing clutch.(bought it like this) When i purchased it, it was running really rough, guy said it needed new throttle positioning sensor. i put one in and it ran ok but after about 10 minutes or so of driving it. it would bogg, loose power and rmp's would fluctuate. I would push in clutch and turn off car while driving or sitting. wait a sec. and turn back on and it would run fine for another 10 minutes or so. keeps getting worse. (having to do shut off and restart more often). So i took it to a shop and they diagnosed it and said im loosing fuel pressure. and that its the fuel pump. so i replaced the pump. doing the same thing, but seems worse now. runs for less time, and runs rough at idle and at around 1200-2000 rpms until it smooths out. The guy i bought it from said it might be the PCM, but i dont want to replace it not knowing if it will fix it. I did a resistance and ohm check on the sensors. The camshaft sensor is low by about 4 volts. Is that ok? if the pcm is sending weak signals would that cause my problems? any help would be great guys.
 
didnt know it needed adjusting. How would i do that? Also, when it starts to act up and bogg out. when i hit the gas, it gets worse. no acceleration, no idle no nothing. just wants to die. The guy i bought it from said it might be the PCM/ECU. Will be testing TPS with digital meter. will post update on resistance. Also, when it starts to act up, the air intake gets really really loud, like its sucking in a ton of air.
 
After doing some reasearch, i found that all problems were because of loosing fuel pressure. I bought a fuel pressure tester and gauge, and tested. it starts up fine at 55PSI. then it starts to die out. I replaced fuel pump, fuel filter and plugs. same thing. took new pump back out and saw that there was a leak in the o-ring the pump is attached through the main line to dispence fuel. i tried to seal it, but didnt work. so i hooked up a fuel line hose directly to the fuel pump, clamped it, and drilled a hose to run the fuel line straight to the main line attachement. put it back in and now good to go. runs great. thanx for the input. but it was the fuel pump o-ring had an air leak.
 
never mind. Same thing. Ran great for about a day and now doing the same thing. Any help would be great guys. please i need help. i know im loosing fuel pressure but dont know how. no leaks, new pump, filter, plugs. anything i missed?
