I bought a 92 Eagle Talon TSI. The timing belt was snapped and I just pulled the head off today and needed the cylinder head redone. I'm wondering if anyone knows of a good place to have the head redone with new valves and maybe some portwork as well. I'm looking more towards some place local but I am willing to ship elsewhere if the price is right. Oh I live in Hayward, CA. I also needed to know what all to do with the head since its off the car. Should I have it ported or leave it stock? My goal is around 400 whp.
I did look up a few places already such as taboospeedshop.com, and was interested in the stage 1 head but not sure how good it really is. Any advice would be appreciated.
