need clutch help

Ok, i just installed my ACT 2600 about 5 days ago. I bled the clutch and all that crap and it was fine. I left the shop and all was well. Now, however, the transmission slightly grinds while going into reverse and the car jumps.Its hard to get into 1st gear also. It almost seems like the slave cylinder is'nt depressing the clutch fork in all the way. I checked the fluid level and it's fine.

Any ideas' ?

Have you checked to make sure both the slave and master cylinder are still in good shape? Meaning, peel the boot back on each one to see if they are leaking.

Also, you can try to readjust the rod at the pedal to move the engagement point.

yeah you will need to adjust the pedal, and if that doesnt work try bleeding the clutch some more as it may have air left in the lines

I would also begin first by playing with the pedal adjustment before changing anything out. If the pedal is almost at the end of it's max adjustment then you have other problems. The master cylinders do have a tendency to leak. Check this out as flytalon93 mentioned. Then check your slave and your lines. What worries me is that the clutch was fine one day and bad the next this could mean that you have some sort of leak in the line. Go over all of your couplings, make sure they are tight. Also you can try bleeding the system again, I know it was just done but it is a lot easier to fix small problems rather than diving head first into a big one.
