I have some pictures of my cam gears, and am not sure which cam gear is off one tooth. I do know that I AM at TDC. I'm pretty sure I'm over thinking on this! Thanks!

Most likely off on the exh side since that's the side your tensioner is on. Most likely your hydrolic tension has failed and let some slack in the belt. I would be doing a timing job asap! With the crank mark perfect look to see which cam gear makes a straight line with the head. Which everyone doesn't is the one that's off, most likey the exh.

You cant have any slack on the idler side. The cam position is valid relative to the crank. Allow any slack and the marks dont mean anything. It doesnt look right. If the crank is dead on cams should either be dead on or if they are off it will be one whole tooth at a time.your pic doesnt look like that. Looks like half a tooth which tells me you arent tdc or you have slack on the idle side or possibly both.

With crank dead on it's mark, take a straight edge across the center of the camshafts. The ruler should then line up (site with your eyes down at the same level as the ruler horizontally) with the head surface that meets the block and should line up with the camshaft sprocket timing marks. You'll then be able to figure out witch is off.

Bet the auto tensioner and pulley weren't done correctly to get the marks that off.

Been there and done that with mine on the first try until I got the pulley and tensioner set right and all marks, then, fell into place.

Doing the cams was a nothing with the two, 17mm wrenches and two bulldog clips to hold the belt in place over the sprockets.

Thanks for all the help guys! I am just going to take the pulley and cover back off and re-time everything!
