Need advice, car runs like SH*T after turbo swap

ok heres the situation, I bought a 2g gst in LA with a seized turbo. Drove the car home ddrove fine no problem but very slow without turbo boost (to be expected) but the motor ran fine. I got home and swapped the seized 16g with a rebuilt 16g. the car now runs like it has a huge vacuum leak somewhere, idles like sh*t runs awful until some boost has built up, then takes off like a bat outta hell. When the boost is released through the bov the engine will stumble, sputter, die etc. I have to sheck the spark plugs since they may be fouled out, the car put out plumes of dark smoke, none of this occurred when the seized turbo was on. Please help me troubleshoot. I already put the 450cc injectors back in but that didnt help much. Im going to change the plugs tomorrow. I am running magnecore wires which type plugs should i get?

Sounds like it could be as simple as a boost leak or the plugs. Is the rebuilt 16g you put on ported? How much boost are you running?

Are you venting or recurcing the bov?

IF your venting, it was cause it to studder when the BOV opens, and will cause bad idle.

and +1 for the sparkplugs. and boostleaks.

so ngk bpr7 or bpr6? the bov is a greddy type s and i have it recirculating.
