I am currently set up with a tubular exhaust manifold (ported). Do I have to buy a "ported" 2g (2g cause that's what I want) manifold or can I buy a stock 2g manifold? AND, should I wrap it with heat wrap? Thanks!

Care to give some more background on the situation? Your questions is kinda ambiguous

Indeed if you mean ported to the 7cm for most bolt on turbo's then you could buy a already ported 2g manifold or get one nad have it ported,
Another option is a new manifold casted with the 7cm collector, you can get them from turbochargers.com with the 7cm collector, Slowboy racing also offers these, As for wrapping it.. you can;t really efficiently wrap a casted manifold liek ours, Thats why there are other options like getting it ceramic coated.

My current one cracked. I have a port/polished cylinder head and don't want another manifold (like mine now) that cause the engine to get so hot you can melt steel on it. I also have a ported O2 housing and the turbo has been ported too (16g). Anything else I am forgetting to say?

What is the 16G ported to? If it is ported to a 7cm gasket then you can either find a used 2G manifold that has been ported to 7cm or get a new GT manifold from turbochargers.com sold by DSMParts.com and other vendors.

I want to see a 2ng gen mani evo 3 mani and the GT mani all lined up and reviewed for us mitsu guys.

There are plenty of reviews, they may not be all lined up but there are many. Even after you get the 2G or Evo manifold you still have to port it, so why not get the GT manifold that comes ported and with all hardware especially when it is cheaper than the Evo 3?!

I would definitely have to give the GT manifold a positive review. I have been using this manifold for the past year and its held-up well. Please note that if you are one of the few with an automatic tranny (like me), you will have to do some grinding because of a clearance issue between this manifold and the bracket for the power steering pump. Once this was done, I had no additional fitment issues. This manifold appears to be more durable than the factory 2G manifold and is pretty price-competitive.
