Time for a new turbo manifold need advise!

Ok i have a 57 trim pte turbo. I was running it with a 2g ported exhaust manifold with a 38mm external tail wastegate on it. The flange for the wastegate broke. Im not going to take it off and have it fixed i want a new one. Im not looking to spend a crap load of cash. I saw the fp race manifold for $200 and then noticed it didnt have a 38mm wastegate flange on it. Any advise on whats the best bang for the buck ? thanks!

I was looking at that but then the $100 to port it... hrmm is it worth porting ?

Put the WG on the turbine where it belongs (more pressure = more responsive gate) and get the FP cast manifold. There is none better.

Or you could get an ERL cast manifold for a mitsu flange...

the wastegate port on the turbo is welded shut. Puting the wastegate back on the turbo not an option. whats the erl manifold go for ?

THREAD REVIVAL!!!! im in the same situation as the OP... except im not looking for a T3/T4 flange... i need something JUST like the FP race manifold but with a tial 38mm wastegate flange as my flapper is also welded shut. i have looked at DNP's but they are kinda spendy, and only come in Vband. my tial 38mm wastegate is the standard bolt up flange. any help would be appreciated!

i was considering just welding a flange onto my 2g manifold... but it looks quite like crap. any sugguestions would be great. also would consider tubular if it wasnt some knock off brand. like i said, has to be 7cm flange and has to have a 38mm wastegate outlet flange.

DNP sucks anyways ive got one its broken 3 times and had to have it rewelded. how about leaving the 2g manifold and geting an 02 hosuing thats setup forthe tail 38mm wastegate? i kind of wish i did that myself

I run the manifold that you guys need

HAFE Cast SS manifd with a 38mm wastgate provision, got it from slowboy 2 years ago for 199. IDK if they still have them, I haven't seen them around for a while, but that's the one you want. Runners are huge, bigger than the evo3, the collector area is also much better designed, it actually forces the exhaust gases in a downward direction, as opposed to guided in a direction.

RTM racing has one:

and agentorange313 i saw the rtm one earlier, but if you read the discription it says only 1 left, and im sure its not a very updated site.... the kenetic one i was also looking at, that one isnt ss? and i cant find one for the life of me on SBR.. their site is impossible

PM me, this might be the motivation I need to take my SS manifold off and put my FP one on. I wouldnt need my HAFE anymore...

Is the caste manifold good for only the PTE turbo? I'm going to be getting an MHI TD05 20g to put on my car, and my stock mani looks like straight garbage. Any idea whether this will work for that?

If you talking about this Kinetic Motorsport: KINETIC DSM CAST 7CM MANIFOLD W/ 38MM WG PREVISION then yes it will fit you 20g turbo.
