1G NDD manual rack

I also had issues with the tie rods not seating correctly, I ended up finding a manual rack locally for $300 and said screw it. I did ask EC17PS if he could make bump stop kits for them and he said he could if there was enough people buying some. So that is an option

Im trying to find a 1G manual rack now so I can get it remade with Quaife to fit PS racks, this will help alot with real manual racks for the DSM that bolt up easily and have mostly ALL oem parts fitment wise. plus the PS housings are wayyy easier to find then manuals so im trying to fill that cross over void.

if you get leads on a 1g manual rack let me know please, I will need to borrow or buy it to make this happen

Has anyone thought of or tried drilling out and re-tapping the threads on the steering rack to accept a factory inner tie-rod so everything seats properly?

try checking the Moog catalog by application. get these at most parts stores.

I think they are Mustang II tie rods, I still have mine that I never ended up using if you need some

Creo que son tirantes del Mustang II, todavía tengo el mío que nunca terminé usando si necesitas algunos.

Los terminales exteriores, los que conozco son del Mustang 2, los que no creo que sean del Mustang 2 son las bielas interiores ya que mirando fotos y buscándolas para Mustang 2, son diferentes alas que me enviaron.

Any input for 2g install when it comes to the tire rods? I have the smaller looking outer tie rods. Will be *attempting* install sometime next month. Still no feedback on how the rack actually feels once installed?
