2G Narrowed my Piston choices

Ok I bought the Manley turbo tuff I beam connecting rods and I'm looking at the weisco standard forge in 9:1. Just read up on them and some people like them someone don't and then there are the 1400hd in 8.5:1 and the 1400hd e85 in 10:1 just want to see what people run and what's good this is my first dsm. Some say 10:1 is too much compression I'm going to run e85 it's available everywhere I'm at. Also the turbo for now is the fp 68hta but will change next summer to a bigger one.

I hear the standard Wesico people had problems with the pins

You can upgrade only the pins, in case if you decide to go the Wiseco standard forged pistons. The standard pistons and the HD series are on the same forging, the pin is the major difference.

Yes, come with the upgrade pins

Yes the HD has a much beefier pin.
High compression will trade a bit more power for much higher cylinder pressure. That's hard-on parts.

the standard 22mm pin's wall thickness is .197" or .200".
the upgrade 22mm pin's wall thickness is .225".
