No idea where it goes. Nothing missing on the ecu harness. As far as I can see...

And what about the secondary air solendoid, Diagnostics and TPS?
They're all green and white... I guess i'll use that chart and track it down with an ohm meter. Thanks for the help.
 
im sorry i was looking at green and red if your fan is working rule out number 11 and if you aren't having an idle problem then u can rule out number 64 so that would just leave 6 and 43 and my knowlege on the evo3 ecu isnt that great so i did what i could to help u hope u figure it out
 
This is a Galant Vr4 car with a 93 TSI awd ecu.

The car is having trouble starting. I found a few harnesses attached at my ecu connection side. I'm cleaning up all the trash this p/o decided to install.
