I cant seem to find any turbo automatics only n/t autos. Will the n/t autos hold as much power or are they weaker just like the n/t manual tranny's?

The differnce between the N/T and TSI tranny is gear ratios. Auto and Maunal. Not necessarily power limitations. An auto will always be slower, unless it's a 2 speed powerglide. Or it's AWD. The AWD TSi 1G's did come with an automatic.

Thanks man thats all I needed to know.. My car will soon be a track only car (drag racing) with an HX35 and all supporting mods. I've been going through manual tranny's like butter and heard the auto's could hold mucho grande power with just a few mods.

I dont have the kinda cash to drop on a shep tranny, all my funds are in the motor. I could have a modded auto for quite a bit cheaper than a Shep tranny. Plus a stalled auto is almost certainly gonna be faster in the 1/4.
