mystery drivetrain problem.

Okay here's the problem. my car drives fine in all gears but once i let off the throttle while still IN gear the car jerks(slightly but can be felt) and makes a whining noise...this is happening in EVERY gear.
It seems to be slightly worse in low revs..Im guessing its something related to the transfer case or the tranny..any ideas?
and yes. i did search many times

how is all your fluid levels in all the drive train components, also how old is the fluids.

Check the bolts on the axle carrier, driver's side, back of the engine block, under the AC mount.
