I can't post anywhere else as far as tech goes yet.

My Car: '96 Eclipse GST (7 bolt obviously, 107,000 miles on her)
My plans:

Forged Internals at 9:1 CR
Heat range 7 or 8 NGK plugs
1mm Oversize valves w/bronse guides
272 cams
Medium FMIC
EvoIII 16G (run at 18psi maybe 20)
o2 Housing with external dump (have)
Megan Racing 2.5 to 3" Down Pipe (Have)
No cat (obvious because of downpipe)
3" Stainless cat back (straight through box)(Have)
Hard pipe for intake side of turbo (have)
HKS Filter (Have)
HKS SSQV (Have)
HKS EVC 6 Boost controller
1000cc Injectors
Walbro 255
AEM EMS
Metal Head Gasket
B-shaft removal

(I will upgrade suspension, clutch, and LSD)

Can I hit 400 WHP with this setup?

I hope I can hit the 400 mark, maybe even more...

There is no way you will get 400WHP on a 16G at only 18-20PSI. Ditch the 16G and get a PTE Dual Ball Bearing 50-Trim. If you are set on keeping the 16G I would recommend getting Methanol Injection, DSMlink (not AEM EMS), and cranking the boost to about 26PSI.

Not even while running 9:1 Compression? Guess I'll get a PTE 50 Trim then. Didn't think I had to run boost up as high with the higher compression.... Thank you. Everything check OK though??
 
Dont listen to him! You can hit above 400hp (but not much higher) with higher boost and meth along with a great tune.I have 450hp right now on my 16g tuned with dsm link.
 
Nice!! But I want to do it with out any special fuels/injection. Just premium pump. Was thinking about a FP Green also

If I dont use a mitsu turbo, then I need a whole bolt on kit (external gate preffered if I venture away from 16G)
