My oil press gauge(in cluster) not working???

How cna i check what is causing this?
I was told it was some sort of coil or whatnot, not sure really.

The connector probably fell off of the oil sending unit. Look for a loose or dangling wire around your oil filter area. Same thing happened on my 2g. It would be alot easier to explain if I had a pic but I don't. Maybe someone on here does.
