Gauge Cluster Not Working

The only thing that works in my gauge cluster is the open door light and the fuel gauge. Everything else, speedo, tach, fuel press, boost, water temp, battery light, cel light, srs light and all other lights on the left side of cluster. What is wrong? WTF
