My Gauges Aren't Working!!! Help!!

I need help with my gauges. Nothing is wrong with the actual guages so I think something in the wiring is messed up. Does anyone know anything about fixing this?? Some of my lights work but none of the gauges do. I switched the whole panel with another one but it wouldn't work either so I assume the wiring is messed up or something. Does anyone have any advice??? Thanks.

a dash cluster just dont stop working for no reason.

i hokked up my a/f and boost gauge last weekend to the dimmer switch to light up and be able to dim with the rest of the instrument panel. although im going to change the power wiring on the a/f gauge and hook up the o2 sensor readin got the ecu. i can write you up a step by step or how to on wiring your gauges to the dimmer switch on a 2g, i did it on my 2g talon. they work perfect and its nice to be able to dim them with the rest of the panel. what brand and model gauges you got? peace.

I did check the fuses and all of them were good and the ones that weren't I changed. I haven't installed anything either. I just have factory gauges so I don't know if that helps at all? I'm so confused why they aren't working, .

This is a long post so bare with me...and read it

When i had my 1g kept blowing fuses because my stereo wires were shorting out (for some reason) and it made my dash lights and my taillights (not the brake lights but the ones that come on when you turn your headlights on at nights) short out. I checked the fuses and they were all okay then i checked the fuses in the engine compartment and the tail light fuse was blown so i replaced that, and i had all myy lights back, went to go drive and the first time i step on the brake the fuse blows!!! grrr
so i just drove without light lights for a while and i finally desided to upgrade my stereo. When i got it installed the guys realized i had no lights and replaced the fuse while putting in the stereo and it's been working ever since.

Part 2
When i got my 2g Talon i got hit in the front and and two wires from my corner lights touched and shorted out. Once agian i was driving a DSM with no dash lights and tail lights
then i got a 60 dollar ticket and i finally desided that i was going to get it fixed by a pro. I knew a guy that worked at a local stealership and i took it down to him. He said it was my stereo wires and he taped them all up, he might have done something else but im not sure. I got it back and its been working ever since.

It confused the hell outta me but it might be worth a try?

nah it's not her dash lights, it's her actually gauges, her gas gauge, speedo, tach, and temp gauge all don't work, it's weird.

The guy who owned it before went wire crazy with strobes, stereos, and other things, so i think it's probably that.

PS i know her incase you were like how does he know..

*bump* Eh! I just want them to work. *cries* . All of my lights in the whole car works, its just the actually guages don't work at all. Nor my mileage counter. I even switched the whole panel to see if the whole thing was messed up but that wasn't it either so I assume its something in the wiring that connects the panel to the car??? Maybe?
