420A my fuel pump snapped

It looks like you circled the outlet nipple. I wouldn't try and fix it, just pick up a used pump. If a pump from a turbo DSM fits, use that, i'm sure you can buy one cheaply.

its a walbro 255 i just bought. thats why I'm trying to fix it. The part that broke is the return line? i believe its called. Its the hard plastic tube that you connect your fuel hose to. I bought some of that plastic "jb weld" like stuff. Hopefully it works.

You had better make sure whatever you use is gasoline safe.

Can you remove the top section and replace it with another one... as in the one from the stock pump?

thats a great idea. I didnt even know you could do that with the stock one. If thats the case then the stock part should be able to fit into the walbro b/c there the same right?

Did you break the tan spacer cap or the black plastic outlet of the pump.

If you broke the pump outlet I think it will take a new pump to fix it. The cap can just be replaced like shown in the VFAQ these pictures are from

you broke the fuel outlet.it has all the pressure the pump puts out.sorry,but get a new pump.

yea its the fuel outlet. Crap now I gotta get a new one. thanks for the help though

buy another pump from extreme for $80 without the install kit
