My friends car is running like Sh**T

I own a 97gst barely stock and my friends car is also a 97 GSt but heavy modified.
these are his mods.
KN Filter
Greddy FMIC
Greddy Type S BOV
Garret T3t4 turbo .63
Turbonectics 35mm ext wastegate @ 13 psi
full turbo back 2.5in
SAFC
Aeromotive FPR
255lph
Wiseco pistons
eagle rods
cometic higboost head gasket
arp studs
no balance shafts
aluminium crank pulley
act2100 kit
1200 miles since engine build, all balanced crank flywheel pressure plate everything done.
his compresion test was 185psi all 4 cylinders and his car runs like crap. Mine with stock turbo exhaust intercooler i can beat him for like more that 6 cars realistic. I dont think that this car can run faster than 18 seconds on the 1/4 mile.

I know it still has stock injectors but theres a black smoke on the muffler and the air fuel ratio read RICH
the o2 sensor is brand new.

Anyone would tell tou right off the bat, the car is obviously running extremely rich, and he needs to get his injectors ASAP...

He still have stock injectors beacuse this set up its like 2 month old and its the only thing he needs to buy.
we both have the same fuel pump the same fuel pressure regulator at the same psi and the same injector. Im with the t25 at 15psi and hes with the t3t4 at 13 psi and he is way to rich at the same setup we both have on the safc.
How does it run?
well, if you hit the gas on 1st gear the car wont even spin their tires not even shifting to 2nd gear. you can see the boost gauge peak to 14 and lower to 13 on the t3t4 and the car feels slower than my t2small. The rpms rice normal just like mine but the mph its like my mothers car

The question really shouldnt be asked,you already answered your own question I mean the car is obviously starving for some tuning. You shouldnt expect it to run well at all and if its as rich as you are stating then that would be the primary cause of it being slow. Drowning in fuel is not good for power rings etc. I would try leaning it out some slowly and see if that helps, although you cant expect much. its not like you can just bolt some parts on and expect it to go fast with out tuning there are many variables in going fast. Also if he just has an afc and a logger I would suggest getting a wideband. Seeing how the logger wont read knock on a 2g so the only way he can seem to get rid of knock is by adding fuel which isnt always the answer timing is more then likely the casue to knock.

Im thinking on buyng the dataloger but can i connected to my lap top so i just dont need to buy a palm?

YOu can use a laptop if, you get the right software and load it on your computer. The palm is just easier to carry around, and do stuff on the fly.

Just wondering if your friends car was Auto or not?

Your friend needs injectors bad though, his SAFC isn't doing anything for him if its not tuned. (also make sure that in the etc. menu under the presssure selection that the in and out is on the same setting/someone correct me if I'm wrong) Did he try to tune or do change anything on his SAFC?? Cause that could really throw the car off.

If your friend has been doing this for a while, and is running hella rich, you might want to check the compression again because the predetonation of the fuel could be runing the rings?
