Hey all, just got done with the install...ugh after 3 days. Yes 3 days, and about 18 hours. I struggled for a long time with gettting the bumper off and then the fitment. Not to mention i remounted the FMIC 2 times till i had it how i liked it. She is just a tad un level, but hell who cares.... here she is anyways.

Oh and a tip. FORGET A DREMEL, FORGET A GRINDER, just use an exact-o knife or industrial razor blades. Saved me so much TIME, and was SO EASY! It took me 10 minuets with the exact-o after trying to cut a small part with the dremel.

It cut so much better, smoother and was way faster, trust me. I still need to touch it up however i kinda rushed to get it on for the time being, but come spring in a couple months before i get it repainted im going to completely redo the front (make the edges cleaner cuts and nicer).

Sounds like you went through hell and were quite frustrated, but do the job right and fix the fmic's orientation. It looks terrible tilted as it is. You're 95% of the way there...

I really wasnt to frustrated, i just took my time and wanted everything to go smoothly, and it was hard to due ### its an average of 20* degrees here in michigan. haha but, soon as it warms up in a couple months i will be fixing her. For the time its bolted on nice and tight and working properly. I will fix it, but honestly its not bad.

Looks nice, good job! I give you credit for working on the car in that cold of weather, again nice work.

Looks good. What FMIC kit is that? It only took me maybe an hour and a half to mount my DVDTFab FMIC including cutting huge chunks out of my bumper, LOL. I used an air saw for mine since I had one, but cleaned up the cuts with a razor blade.

LOL i feel your pain, here in ohio it gets damn cold and ive been outside freezing my ### off workin on my car, nice install i also didnt really notice it was crooked until someone mentioned it, still looks good though
