My new DEJON TOOL FMIC

You may also want to remove your radiator and inspect if for damage. I noticed that the last time I took mine out I was missing alot, and I mean alot, of fins on the bottom of the radiator. This isn't helping cooling at all. With something like the racecore you may also want to look into something like Redline water wetter or other coolant additives designed to keep the temperature under control better.

Has anyone had overheating issues with these FMIC's? Ive had mine on my 1st gen for about 2 days now with overheating issues. I have the Race Core.... Anyone care to shed some light?

I have the race core on my gsx for almost a year and LOVING it. I had overheating issue when I first installed it. Make sure to wire both fans to come on at the same time. I'm using stock passenger fan and 12" SBR slim fan on driverside. I wired both to come on at the same time. Seemed to solved overheating issue. My car still have AC and PS. Good luck.

Got rid of ac, and checking for blockage in the radiator tomorrow. New stant 180* thermostat going in tomorrow also.

As of now I need alot of tuning done because Im knocking severly with this new chip and setup.

If you don't have a/c you can do what I do. Push in the button for a/c and turn your fan to the lowest setting. Now whenever your car is on it'll automatically run both fans since it thinks the a/c is actually on. Cheap and effective way to add some cooling power.

I live in florida where its always hot. Only thing I did so far was wired up one slim fan to stay on all the time( bypassed the relay) and its not enough. It warms up to temp really good but I just have a problem with overheating sometimes. i am going to try to put my stock fan on the passenger side and the slim fan on the driverside. The only problem with my stock fan on the passenger side is that the internal wasegate on my td05h 20g is in the way.

I have my 14" fan wired to always be on. Still no luck. Im going to try to flush out the radiator tomorrow and put on the new 180* thermostat. After taht. Its going to be a new water pump. And if that fails... I think its time for a fluidyne. IF THAT dont work. Its time to get rid of the DJ FMIC

Get another slim fan, thats reversable. And put it on the front of the radiator ont he passenger side... This way you can push the air threw the radiator.
