THis is for my 1g 91 Eclipse OK well i had a check engine light for the ECT sensor I change the sensor and put it back and i have been driving over 150 miles with no check engine light. The other day i was messing around with my radio (not wires just bass and stuff) and it took about 15 min to do. After i hopped in the car the gauge was a little over the middle of the sweep. I also noticed my fan wasn't and didn't go on. I know about the gauge sensor and the ECT ECU sensor and also the a/c switch sensor but whats this other one i am hearing about on the radiator?? Could that be my problem?? When i turn on the a/c the driver fan comes on but not the passenger. The only other info i think i can give is i did a alternator on the car the other day and i took the driver fan out so it was easy to get to could i have unplugged something?

make sure your radiator fan is plugged in. There should be a plug coming off of each fan. The connection could be loose or something.

Sometimes the other fan doesnt come on till the car is all the way warmed up. and make sure the fans connections are good.

Well this was plugged in so anything else to check with it? Anyone knows how many volts should be going to it?

Did you check the relay? I had the same problem on my first Talon. The Chrysler tech looked at all the above stuff, and it turned out to be a bad relay...last thing they checked.

Well as stupid as i am going to sound it was the 30a fuse that is connected to the +battery cable. No big deal right???? Wrong i changed the fuse and i got the fan to come on again. But it seem to wobble a lot. For some reason or another i reved up the car using the throttle cable to see if when i did that the fan would change speed or anything. If i had to guess i rev up to 2200rpm to 2700rpm nothing crazy i didn't WOT the damn thing or anything. At that point i seen smoke from somewhere down next to the fan it wobbled like hell and popped another fuse. I now theses fans are old but do you guys think i keep blowing fuses cause it wobbles? I def need a new fan and i didn't touch the wiring for the fan at all other then the fuse.
