Hello all, again my oil pressure problem persists.

I went to autozone today to replace the dummy light switch.

Went under the car and.... wait for it

there is no dummy light switch on the car!

The yellow wire that is supposed to goto it seems to have been shorted with the wire that goes to the oil pressure switch....

is there any reason the ape that owned this thing before me would have done this?

I cleaned out the oil pressure switch and the problems persist, oil pressure needle low but moves slightly with rpms.

Dummy light switch is missing, green and yellow wires are connected and the oil light comes on under hard accel, mostly at lower rpms.

any input appreciated because I have found NOTHING

resolved. Cut the yellow wire, oil pressure good. rises with acceleration, turbo still blowing oil, going to rebuild it, putting restrictor for now
