My custom headliner/interior

My phone won't let me put a photo in my reply but let me upload it to the site so itsin the photos on here. I did my shift boot in the same material but I cut my hand recently and got blood all over it driving myself to get stitches so I have to pull it apart and redo it.

I was waiting on Jaxness to reply, shes about the only other custom interior person Ive seen on here. I've seen her car in person at the shootout. It takes the boring out of the dsm interior. My headliner is redone in just black but who knows maybe Ill get crazy one day. 95-96 all grey interior is the worst.

Yeah she replied to the post ^^ LOL but you never know until you go for it! Yes mine was all blue/grey headliner. Very boring

This is awesome! I didn't even think about doing something like this.. Any kind of right up for the doors or headliner!?

I have the boring gray interior also. I figured since the car is green then green headliner and hiftbot would add some contrast and I have a chrome shiftknob, pedals and gauge bezel so I'm going to do a chrome interior kit to spark it up a little more. The vision in my head says it should look pretty good. Nice but not too overdone. Lol. I also have a polished aftermarket steering wheel

I'm not too sure. I just did it by asking what jax did n used and I went to my local fabric store and picked out my favorite design. Then used industrial spray adhesive and cut and glued! It definitely takes some time and could end up messy LOL but its always worth a shot to make your car your own! I encourage everyone to give their interior a unique design :)

here is mine, I haven't done the door cards though, that would be a nice touch.
I would love to see pictures of the process you took for the shift boot.

What I want to know is if the picture continues further down when the visors are lowered...:thumb:

That's pretty neat, looks like you did a quality job. +1 for doing something unique

Awesome work! Very unique! I have been considering re-doing my headliner for a while now, but I was just going replace the fabric with something similar. This definitely gives me some ideas and motivation.:thumb:

Matching the visors with the headliner was a big thing for me and yes when they go down it matches too because of the way you wrap them.
Thanks everyone for the compliments!
I would like to see a finished picture of the shift boot up close if that's possible

That blue is sexy! I really like that! Looks good!
Any tips on doing the lights like that?
