I would say save money with the punishment intercooler instead of the ets, use the left over for an aem wideband. It's nice but I think it's overprice and overrated.

-Install kit for the 16g (or just make the coolant line and oil return from the T25 work). You'll need an oil feed line and new gaskets.

Whether a turbo timer is needed on a water cooled turbo it debatable.

I am doing the turbo timer to be on the safe side and I didnt think I was gonig to need anything more than stock injestors ### i am only looking for like 325 to 350 at the crank but i might be wrong what size will i need

It's a solid list and is debatable on part options to insert/remove. The wideband is a good idea. I'd go with the Innovate wideband. It's fully programmable. I went with a ProSport boost gauge and was pretty happy with it. You can find better deals on exhaust kits. It's just metal. Find one that has good quality welds and preferrably stainless steel. I got my setup from Dejon Powerhouse. It's aluminized steel, but it's all mandrel bent which is nice. The downpipe came with the kit. Just as knochgoon24 suggested, the turbo timer isn't a necessity. I'd skip it and use the money for something else. Good luck and I hope you have fun!

Get yourself the innovate wideband, imo and many others it's one of the best widebands on the market. For it's price nothing can come close to it! I'd also look into ecmlink and 660 injectors, spend the little extra cash and get the fp mani.

With that you will be fairly good for 350hp to the crank, with some tuning. Your grandfather was a nice guy .
