Happy Birthday present to ME

This is what I picked up for my birthday yesterday. $200 cash, clean title. No engine or tranny, but has TONS of parts, including drivetrain, full interior and a TD04 turbo with manifold. This is not a sales thread, but I must mention, all parts are for sale! Looks like the front bumper was replaced with a not-so-good paint job(red paint).

The turbo is in great condition. No shaft play. It is for sale, along with the manifold, together or seperate

Yes it was, but it didn't come with a transfer case. I'm going to put the rear end in my fwd car, find a transfer case, and convert it to awd.

I thought it was too, but isn't the 14B a better/bigger turbo than the T25? Because this TD04 I have is even smaller than the T25 I think. I don't know, it may be deceiving since it's off the car, but this TD04 looks smaller.
