No matter what I do I cant get the isc to normaly sit at 30 , I screw the F'N Biss screw all the way in it doesn't do crap it don't die it just shows my Isposistion is at 8% it will not idle right if I unscrew it 2 full turns it just revs up to like 2000rpms. I can't get it dialed in at the normal 30% I've replaced everything the tps,Iac, I have link and when I do get it at 30% it revs at around 1500rpms so then I have to screw with the timing to drop down the rpms -4 wtf is the problem here

Also tonight i took out the TB Adjustment Screw (SAS)and put it back to where its barley touching the Throttle Lever, I think my throttle lever is sticking how would I fix that? Not to get off subject but I pulled into my driveway popped open the hood, and notcied that I could also see current in two spark plug cables

I feel your pain bro. Same shit happens to me. :ohdamn:

I know its hella frustrating makes me feel like all the little shit on these cars weren't thought out very thorough. so your experiencing all the above too huh?

Snake how do you fix the TB getting stuck do you clean it? I notice that when I drive if I put the car in park it idles hi unless it phsically pull out the Gas pedal with my foot

It's best if you just replace it with a brand new one but you can try cleaning it. As for the while tb replace your gaskets or clean them

You should never blindly adjust or remove the SAS screw. The screw itself has nothing to do with idle control and could easily be the cause of your throttle sticking. You also shouldn't bottom out the BISS screw since it's made of plastic and easily damaged.

It sounds to me like you have a vacuum leak, and apparently a bad BISS o-ring too. I would start by replacing the BISS O-ring and running a boost leak test. In order to adjust the idle like your trying to, you need to have the idle within decent range to begin with. Cranking on the BISS screw is just going to adjust the ISC, not the idle speed (unless you lock it's position).

Once you fix the issue, the ISC should be able to keep idle where you have it set or at least close. Then you can adjust the BISS to get the ISC in the middle of it's range.

There's no reason to replace a perfectly good throttle body that's just improperly adjusted. Stop adjusting the symptoms and start trying to find the cause.
