Alright I got a blitz blow off valve and won't let out any air it just causes my turbo to compressor surge when ever I get on boost, part throttle or wide open throttle. I took of the blow off valve and I cant even push the bottom of the valve to open up, is that normal? Is there any way I could fix this?

I didn't know there were any vacuum fittings on the back of the intake manifold. I've never payed close attention on a 2g though, so I could be wrong. On a 1g there is a vacuum distribution block, but most of those are coming from the TB and are not a good source for a BOV. Are you sure it's connected directly to the intake manifold?

I would've seen that if I would have checked your profile, I'm getting lazy lately.

Well if it has vacuum and it's not opening at all, it's probably broken. I'm not able to push on my HKS valve and open it by hand, so I don't think that means much. It probably wouldn't hurt anything at this point to take it apart and inspect it.

While it's off the car, you could also grab a vacuum pump and check it to see if it'll open.

Alright I got a new blitz blow off valve and this one lets out air but it takes like 2 seconds for all the air to come out and it doesnt do one quick swoosh it basically still sounds like compressor surge. Do you think it is because of my 3inch intercooler piping it just takes longer to get all the air out? Do I need to make the screw on top tighter or looser? This is killing me and I dont want to ruin my new 25g turbo. Thanks
